WALT:summarise the author's purpose
Author's Purpose
Author's Opinion: The author thinks that kids in our generation watches too much television, plays on the computer and looking at their digital devices. So she wanted to state her opinion that watching tv and looking through your devices isn't the only thing you can do all day. She also stated that you can go outside and play sports, play board games with your family and also read a book instead of just watching the movie.
My Opinion: I think that the author's opinion is correct because if you keep watching tv instead of exercising your body, if you don't keep exercising your body then you can sometimes might have health problems. Also instead of watching television, you can spend time with your family and have FUN.
