Coping with stress.
Yesterday my group had to complete a task about how people cope with stress when they feel useless. Coping with stress can sometimes not make you feel the same. Also when you are stressed in a negative way, you will sometimes not be yourself and also when you try to sleep you sometimes won't be able to because you are to busy worrying for the next day. Here is how my group copes with stress when they feel very stressed out.
